    Most customers are processing live documents within 2–3 weeks of signing. We handle the integration setup, taxonomy configuration and initial model tuning. You don't need to involve engineering until you're ready for a deeper API connection.
    Yes. We offer REST APIs, webhooks, SFTP delivery, and a QA portal. We've connected to Encompass, Blue Sage, OpenClose and custom-built systems. If you have a specific integration in mind, mention it in the form and we'll confirm compatibility before the demo.
    Pointingfish uses transient processing—we don't persist your borrower documents or NPI metadata after retrieval is complete. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our cloud environment is FedRAMP-aligned and SOC 2 Type II certified. Single-tenant deployment is available for institutions with strict data isolation requirements.
    We support 300+ mortgage and lending document categories out of the box—tax returns (1040, 1065, K-1), W-2s, pay stubs, bank statements, titles, assignments, notes, servicing histories, escrow analyses, appraisals, pleadings, and more. Custom document types can be added during onboarding.
    Pricing is based on document volume, not seats. This means your entire operations team can use the platform without per-user cost anxiety. We offer monthly and annual plans—get in touch and we'll put together a proposal based on your expected volume.
